We eat frequently here with usually great satisfaction but today was a different story! Ordered sub tub (no bread) philly cheese steak with extra meat and cheese and there was barely anything in the bowl at all! Maybe a half a cup in total and was charged $11.95. Then my husband ordered a giant Ruben and it had NO thousand island dressing or sauerkraut! Completely unacceptable for what we paid!! We normally love this place but after today, I'm not sure if we will return ??? too much money to spend and not get what you pay for. Edit: I have emailed the owner like I was asked to in the response below but I have received no answer back. Not really sure they care to make this right. What is the point of asking me to email you when you don't even acknowledge it.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and polite. The food was delicious, but the service was what really stood out.
