Absolutely Delicious! I had the spicy tonkotsu with Gluten Free noodles $5 extra, totally worth it) and loved it ?. Can you please open one in Lafayette/Louisville? ???

I ordered ramen and and started eating. My bite was chewy and was trying to put it down my throat. I decided to spit and found this blue rubber band from the bite. I loved their food but I think I’m not comfortable eating their food anymore. This rubber band is a chocking hazard.I showed it to waitress and got $4 off.I hope, they get their Kitchen inspected or work on organizing eatable items with non-eatable items.

The food was delicious with an ample serving. It seemed priced correctly for genre and food. Few small weak points with cleanliness, but easy to overlook.Food: 4/5

Stopped by to grab some chasu buns. The waitress was friendly. It and it was really fast. Also, it was delicious to bring 40 minutes from home. I haven’t had other food but definitely wanna try it.Food: 5/5

Notably good spicy tonkastu broth. Noodles were good, not great. Broth is the standout. Better noodles would make this an unusually good Ramen bowl.Food: 4/5
