Sonic Drive-in - Greenwood

The fryer has been down the last few weeks. That eliminates over half the menu

The largest problem is there is not enough staff to accommodate the needs of a large number of customers they are expected to service. I waited 15 minutes for a medium sweet tea the last visit. And they tend to be packed out any time of day I visit. Overall the food is okay. I must say something about the way you have to wait to even drive around the building because the people sitting in the drive through tend to block the turn because of the small amount of space provided to do so. Also has a large pot hole ?️. So be careful when diving around the one way parking lot.

Not very comfortable with getting out of there parking lot. Was very tight . The service was great, very nice young people took the order and served the orders. However the food wasn't all that great The tatar tots was very greasy driping with oil. My coney dog was not good at all. Just my opinion (chili was ? . But the rest of the people whom was with us enjoyed it I guess. My man goes everyday now for the grape nerd icey.

Made a door dash order today for the amount of $65 . The food was not fresh and we was missing a couple of food items , they gave us no sauce or anything. I wasted my money, Never again !!!

Food is too expensive these days to not get what you paid for. Order was wrong and they refuse to answer the phone when you call.
