Terrible service , cold appetizer. Over an hour and 1/2 wait for food that never came. Finally walked out , handed the waitress a $20 for app and she had the nerve to say Thanks! Would definitely not recommend!!!!

Absolutely awful. Waited over an hr and a half for meals that were over cooked, service was the reason the wait was so long. Instead of an apology, just blew it off like it wasn't nothing. Ordered the rib eye med rare, came out med well. Barely couldget through it with theit serrated knives. Top it off, they did absolutely nothing to make it right. Definitely will not begoing back

If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would! I usually refrain from leaving reviews because I understand that these are people trying to make a living, but this experience was just too much! First of all, the restaurant had a strong odor of mold and mildew. After placing our order, we waited 40 minutes for our cold crab cakes, which came with a strange sauce that I can only describe as resembling milk. It was dreadful! We then waited an additional hour for our main courses but decided to leave without them. When we gave our waitress $20 to cover the cold appetizer, she simply said, "Thank you! Have a good night!" Really??? We will never return here and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Very disappointing!

We recently moved to the area and chose this restaurant at random from Google. What a fortunate choice! The food was outstanding, the prices were excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. If you're nearby, definitely give this place a try. I ordered the daily special, which was beef stew, while my wife had the ribeye. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The dessert and bread were fantastic as well. We will definitely be returning!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary at Polos. My husband ordered the Steak Diane while I chose the lamb chops. The wine and their bread were a refreshing change from the usual fare. Since it's a fine dining establishment, it did take about an hour to receive our main courses, but the wait was absolutely worth it. We visited on a Monday night, so it was quite quiet. I highly recommend giving it a try!
