Hardee’s - Greenwood

Went through the drive-through person taking orders. I had to be told several times that we had to wait for what reason I don't know fries was barley warm, and we ordered large a got small it Wirth going up to Wendy's they serve what u ask for and it's warm..

Grabbed a milkshake from here and the service was excellent!

Took 22 mins for our food to get to us. My fries was cold . My chicken was burnt up like it has been precooked and then put back into the fryer to be reheated. When I said something to the lady she just stands there looking at me . She didn't say a word . I asked to speak to manager was told she wasn't there.

There has not been a time that I have been here when the staff was not amazing. They are always nice and present to interact with. It’s a breathe of fresh air to see people that enjoy their job!

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered me a steak biscuit with cheese and a small hash round. I got to the window and decided I wanted a medium. My cashier did not have an attitude nor did the lady that came to help. I got my order and I was satisfied. I got to my office and proceeded to eat my biscuit and omg. I was so happy. The biscuit was done. The steak was done. The hash rounds were done. I was completely satisfied with my order. Everything was on point. Friendly smiles. Friendly attitude. I will most definitely be ordering from there again. Not to mention the fact that my biscuit was shaped like a heart. I felt the love. Thank ya'll so much.
