The staff at the Dixie Drive-In are very friendly and attentive. Every time I've visited, I've been pleased with both their service and the quality of the food. I have never had a negative experience at the Dixie.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member who handled my order was quite rude. I simply asked for a correction to my order, but instead of being treated with respect, they refused to make even a small adjustment. This negative encounter really affected my enjoyment of the meal.
