This one is our go to Nando’s because it’s closer to us. But this time service was disgusting, waited half an hour first time for our meal . We requested chicken not to be Dry too much but received raw chicken . As we spoke the server he was saying that it was Chicken thigh and it meant to be like that , pinky promise it cooked through properly. Really!! What a great customer service!!
Wanna-be manager Lauren ruined our experience… Overall had a very nice meal, but the supervisor of this store was very rude. Belittled the staff multiple times, in front of myself and my partner when they were delivering nothing but amazing customer service. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, with all of his service undermined every time. Really do not feel like a person like this should be supervisor. Good customer service is essential for a good restaurant experience and it’s what keeps people coming back. The rest of the team were very lovely and catered to all of our needs! Would come back for the waiters and the food! Paul and Callum specifically.
We went to Nandos in Woolwich with friends and family to have dinner on Monday and the restaurant was practically empty. We first ordered some starters and drinks and everything arrived fine. When we ordered our mains with more drinks, the drinks didn 't arrive. My husband asked for one of the staff and after 5min they still didn 't bring it. He asked again and the same staff said you didn 't tell where you were sitting there were maybe 5 tables . Another staff came to our table and she looked like a manager, asking if we wanted our table to be cleaned ? . We said we were waiting for our drinks. She said she needed to check the order and came back to our table saying the drink we ordered was already on the table. She showed the order online and I could see the drinks but she argued that there was no drink. I showed the two orders on my email, showing the drinks on both and she still argued that her system wasn 't showing it. I took the tablet from her and showed my two orders, with my name and the two drinks. Only then she accepted and brought the drink, that was an ice tea. From someone who works in restaurant I got really angry with the way the staff handled this really simple situation.
