Gourmet Burger Kitchen Greenwich

I ordered online my food and is really disappointed! They put all the sauce top of my panko (they suppose to use small containers for seperate the sauces! Under the chicken was full of water what made my food sooo disgusting! Instead of my chunky fries i got a supercold skinny fries! Tottaly horrible and for 22£ nothing for dinner is not acceptable!

Staff miserable not one was smiling waiting ages for a table even though tables available. Table dirty and sticky. Toilets filthy . Food was disappointing not like what I've experienced at other gmb restaurants

This evening I had Takeaway Beyond Meat Vegan Burger and chunky chips. The Burger was delicious and the chunky chips were the best. So glad I chose Gourmet Burger Kitchen as I will use them again. Very happy Customer

5£ of service charge for no service. Food was tiny and undercooked (I'm a chef and I work in central London). I will never, ever enter another GBK if this is the level they are offering.

Dingy looking outdated decor. Questionable cleanliness. Obnoxious and rude staff. This is a classic case study of how a business can get it so wrong. Oh, 'Gourmet ' ... really??? Don 't let that fool you!
