Staff are incredible and fantastic location right next to the tube station

Good location next to the train station. Even though the site advertises air conditioning there is no cold air that comes from the system, only heat. This happened in both our rooms. They were able to provide fans, but as a hot sleeper it was tough. Aside from that, it was a good hotel

The hotel was clean, really nice! breakfast buffet was amazing! Very convenient location. Beware there is no air conditioning in the room! The lobby and hallways are air conditioned but the rooms are not!! This is pretty disappointing. The window bearly opens to let fresh air in. there is a lot of noise outside the hotel from the train. Overall good experience.

Great people are waiting to show the best things. I have ejected my visit to the Novotel.

Super well located a few meters from a train station, which makes the center of London accessible in 30 minutes, Gatwick Airport in 1 hour (think of Travelcards and/or Oystercard, which you can buy on the underground at London Bridge. Use the Citymapper application for getting around, great for navigating the capitals). Modest sized rooms, without cupboards... Excellent English breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff.
