Bidra med feedbackWe've been loyal customers for over a year. Last Friday we placed an online order at 7:13. The confirmation said 10-15 minutes. No problem. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from my house. I'll come and tell them I'm here to get me. The Lord on the counter then told me that it is not done yet. Don't worry, I can wait. When the commands were always filled, one of the employees puts them on the shelf again and again in the pick-up window. He calls names, but only for some of the orders. Next I know it's 8:00, and my order hasn't been called yet. I went to the counter and asked the guy who greeted me when I went first when my order is ready as it was placed over 45 minutes ago. He looks at the shelf and my order sat there all the time and got cold. It was one of the orders for which the other worker did not call a name. I took the bag and everything in it was cold. The wings, the fries and the Cajun mass. I went back and presented the problem to the worker who placed the finished orders on the shelf. I told him politely that the food was cold. He was denied and swore that he called my name for the order when he was ready. That's wrong because I watched him put the bag on the shelf without saying a word. He began to tell me that he is the manager, and that it is his job to call names when orders are completed. That's all good and good. Maybe you'll do your job next time? This manager refused to revoke the order or offer a refund. I left the restaurant with a bag of cold wings. As I said, we were loyal, weekly customers for a little over a year, but we will not return.
I've gone into this particular store multiple times and didn't wait longer than usual for a fresh meal. The staff was amazing when I went in the last two nights to pick up orders. They were very professional and easy to work with. The chicken is amazing as well.
Good absolutely amazing. The lemon pepper which is my favorite hits different here at Wing stop. You got to try them.
I was extremely disappointed with my long wait (45 minute wait). My boyfriend ordered his food. Long enough for me to get out of my car and go inside to see what the issue was. They had overloaded the fryer and grease had went everywhere. None of the cooks were wearing gloves. This is a health inspectors worst nightmare for sure. What was the issue? A quiet kitchen. A manager not speaking to his employees. A manager not expediting food that has been waiting for 45 minutes to be served. Come on now. This is ridiculous. He order SIX wings and a small order of buffalo ranch fries. And that took 45 minutes? Wow. The only staff member that seemed to actually care about their job was our cashier. She was apologetic about our wait and even gave us a brownie. That was probably the only edible thing about our meal. You know what destroys restaurants? Poor staffing, poor management and lack of communication. We will NOT be eating here again. I don't see this place making it 2 more years in Greenville.
This is a great place for wings, if you know how to order them. If you get boneless...order them well done...otherwise they are almost always a bit pink in the middle and will prob make you sick. My rating is based off the amount of times me and my friends have been there and gotten sick (1 out of every 5 times). The food is great, the Cajun corn cobb pieces are delicious and something other places don?t have. The lemon pepper and Hot flavors are my favorite.
