Bidra med feedbackWaited from 10:00 am to 10:51 to receive the wrong order and having to get a refund anyway. So I waited in line to not even get my food. This place isn't just poorly run, they've graduated to becoming an actual scam. I intend to protest this place inperson, the hard working people of Greenville don't deserve to have their time and money wasted. I ordered 2 breakfast burgersand fries, I received 1 breakfast burger and a chicken biscuit. They put cheaper items in your bag hoping you'll get to whereyou're going and just settle for it out of hunger and frustration, cause I know I'm not waiting another hour for them to get itright this time.
Made a mobile order ahead of time, went through the drive through to pick it up. After checking in at the intercom and pulling to the window, we were told our order wasn't made yet. We were asked to pull up and they would have it right out. 10 Minutes, 20minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes goes by, and finalllllly we get our order. Now tell me why its taking you that long, and why I'mwatching 5 other customers get their orders before me, when I had put the effort in to order ahead of time so this wouldn'thappen. Had meals with our order, no straws, no ketchup, and I was damned to wait any longer on their sad service time.
The avocado bacon burger was amazing! There was a bit of a line at the drive-thru, but it moved quickly. I didn't encounter any issues, just excellent food. I definitely recommend it!
I waited for 22 minutes in total. When I approached the window, they didn’t open it; instead, they just looked at me and left me waiting for 12 minutes without any interaction (I understand that they had a long line). The only person I saw during that time was a polite black gentleman (I don’t know his name) who prepared my food and handed it to me, which was beautifully presented and warm.
The staff was friendly, but we had a long wait. The food was decent, though it wasn’t very warm. My burger seemed a bit hastily assembled, and unfortunately, I found hair in my fries. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired. While the employees wore gloves, it seemed like some of them were using the same pair for various tasks, which really undermines their effectiveness.
