Taco Bell - Greenville

This is the 5th time I order regular tacos and keep telling them regularly and they put ALWAYS sour cream on them. It's refined because that means I can't eat my food and I'm wasting my money.

I have ordered a simple meal and they gave me someone else?s order. I tried calling and they refuse to answer!! This is not good customer service and I will not be ordering from here again.

I've tried to give this Taco bell a few chances because i know things happen and somethings you just cant control. I have sat at drivethru listening to them talk to each other. When they finally realized i was there they only had like 4 things i could order. On a few occasions i have sat at window along with other cars like tonight only to be ignored. I have never once gotten what i ordered. I love Taco Bell, so please fix it!

I've had multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell, but this was the last straw. They constantly get my orders incorrect which happened again today. If they are even accepting orders (there have been several times for one reason or another they could not complete my order), they are consistently super slow to service people with or without a line. I have previously found hairs in my food, and it happened again today! In fact, it looks like there are two separate hairs cooked into the cheese in my burrito this time! (see photo) I absolutely love Taco Bell, but I have come to hate this location.
