For my sons 18th birthday he asked if we could go Outback. To our surprise my MIL called the restaurant and asked if she could pay for our dinner over the phone. She went on to tell the staff that it was her grandsons birthday. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond for my son. Everyone who was working that night signed a card for him and they also went and got him a cookie cake. The kindness shown by the staff will defiantly not be forgotten. THANK YOU for making his dinner special
We ordered delivery and my steak was supposed to be medium?. Not well done. My fiancé?s sweet potato wasn?t fully cooked. My frustration comes from the fact it took 78 minutes to get our order and then for my steak to be this dry is annoying. Personally I love outback but it appears the quality is significantly lower when they know you aren?t ?in the restaurant?.
Then Onion Bloom Chicken sandwich was delicious, the broccoli was over cooked. The hubby had steak and lobster. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We also got the carrot cake togo, and it had a weird taste to it. (Like it sat open and collected the other odors of the fridge? Our Server was Great?
Outback used to be a family favorite! We received a $50 gift card for Christmas and thought we would give it a try. We attempted to order on the app but couldn?t get it to work so called the restaurant. The staff was helpful and professional. Our food was less than pleasant. The Blooming shrimp were rubbery and tasted like they had been cooked twice. See pic below. The fries were soggy and not good. The children?s burger was undercooked. The baked potato was OVER cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Our 5 year old child even looked at us and pointed to the food and give it a thumbs dow . Not eating there for a long while!!!
