Interior decor was interesting, but that is all it was. Service was awful, my dad had to find our waitress and tell her that I needed a refill. Food was very basic... chicken in my enchilada could have been softer.... needed more of a crock pot softness to it...as it was a bit tough. Beans had a red color hue to them, was odd, too scared to really eat them. After going to Mr. Salsa and having an much better experience and way better food, I will not be returning here. I wish I could give a zero. The person on the phone said she was the manager but definitely didn’t act like one. I was told they don’t have an online menu and that their customers already know what they want. Well what about first time customers? She didn’t try to suggest anything and I was hung up on twice. I called back and asked her name and she said she was not giving me anything. All I wanted was some Mexican and got treated the worse. Monterrey’s in Spartanburg would never. I’m currently headed there now bc she got me messed up.
