Long John Silver's A&w (70122)

Website said Dine in was available, but when I said there was a sign on the door just running. So disappointed Next time, I'll go somewhere else.

The staff are friendly. They try to give you one piece of chicken for the kids meal even though the menu outside shows 2 pieces lol ? every time

Inside was closed, so sat in line for 15 min only for them to tell us the grill was down and they weren't serving burgers. What do they serve then? Hot dogs and floats? Not even sure why they're still open then.

1 star is giving this store too much credit. My mother and I spent over $25 for cold fries and fish. And we each had two orders of fries yet the portion was barely enough to call it one order of fries each. We drove across town because she really wanted long John silvers. I tried to call 10 times to talk to a manager about the food and no one answered the phone. Don?t waste your time or money at this location. They are too lazy to cook fresh food or answer the phone. You?re more likely to get food poisoning than a satisfying meal here. I will be calling corporate next.

We ordered online and went to pick it up to only find out we were missing a whole meal platter that's $12.00 . Tried to call kept getting a recording they never refunded me my money. I do like their food but doubt I will go back due to being ripped off and them not fixing or refunding money. Sorry because y'all were one of my favorite restaurants. Lost a repeat customer over $12.00
