La Ribera Mexican - Greenville

Great location. Great interior. Service was okay, but not great. Salsa options were very small. The food price is a bit high for what they offer. I had some fish tacos, or so they said, but I couldn't find them fish. I was told that they crumble the fish, like little feta cheese and sprinkle some pieces per taco. No, a fish taco contains a real piece of fish.

I went with my family to this restaurant and it was definitely the best decision we could ever make. The food was really good and the service was a 10/10. The waiter that attended our table was so gentle and nice with us, shout-out to Juanes. Keep up with this delicious food.

I used to eat here every week. Service used to be fast and quick! The servers were top notch. Now, it?s dry. There?s rarely people here. The staff is ghetto. The restaurant was empty. I could hear every last word of the servers or host up front talking. They sit up and talk loudly, cussing in corners about their men and childish drama, yet I?m sitting at a booth with nothing to drink. I haven?t seen my server in over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I hope the manager makes some changes. This isn?t it!

Walk away from my table for 3 minutes to leave and realized I left my to go box. Went back in and it was thrown away already. They refused to replace it. Talked to the manager who agreed to give me another meal. However, I witness him pull the to go box from the trash in the open kitchen prep area then disappeared in the back of the kitchen. Returned with a meal that was hot but it did not have the mushrooms and onions that the meal comes with. This is important because I picked out all the onions and mushrooms in my original dish because I don't eat them. So I ask you, was this a fresh meal or was it a warmed over meal pulled from the to go box in the trash?

Amazing food and atmosphere. Great service and friendly staff. The Chile Relleno were fan-freaking-tastic and the Jimaica aqua fresca was top notch! My wife had the Tacos al pastor and they were mouth watering. This is my new go to for Mexican.
