They get my drink order (which is very simple with no frills) wrong every single time, the line moves slower than anywhere else, and one employee literally put my change in their pocket, tried to keep it, and got irritated when I asked for it because they were caught stealing. Horrible service with a bad attitude. Don?t expect to ever get what you ordered. Do expect a bad attitude from most of the employees.

Associates here never greet properly, sound enthused, or say thank you. I am in district management myself and I would never allow my TMs to behave such ways. Take notes from chic Fila and sonic. They got it together. NEVER GETS YOUR ORDER RIGHT! pay these people more than minimum wage so you can get more than minimum effort

I ordered via the app and it took 20mins to get my order. On top of that they guy told me it took so long because I didn't park in the correct spot. They have one spot for curbside. The spot was filled when I arrived. The other spot is for handicap and someone who either works at the gas station or DD is parked on the ramp spot. See photo. Once I got my order I didn't get have half of it. when they brought someone else's order out is when I was able to ask about the rest of my order. They won't answer the phone and they are rude about that they got my order incorrect.
