Went at lunch it was very busy. The cashier was very polite. Our burgers and fries was fresh.
From last year to this year, went from 4 to 2 rating.......ordered chicken biscuit from drive thru. It was burnt and tasted old and horrible. Had to come back out of my way to have a fresh one cooked to order. Ewwwwwww They apologized and also got complimentary OJ.
New people much more friendly still very slow on the ride thru. So I'm trying to deal with the speed of the service.
They are always good never had any issues with BK inside or out Drive Thru
