Wendy's - Greenville County

Pulled in drive thru soon as they opened at 6:30am didn’t get my food till 7:15 I was only car in line. They use to be good now they just going downhill , wouldn’t recommend.

I love this particular Wendy's. My food is always fresh, hot and the way I ordered it. I love their smiling sweet faces, very nice team.

This location is usually very clean, not this evening. This was a very slow time, I was the only customer. The floor was covered with old burgers and fries. The girl at the register was handling cash and food. This obviously needs to be improved as it's unacceptable.

They only take one person at a time at the drive thru and have been doing that since Covid which is ridiculous. We also noticed the employees touching the food with bare hands which is unsanitary and disgusting. The only good thing was the lady at the drive thru window was funny and nice. I only get frosty's from Wendy's and nowadays because every time that I get their food it's always undercooked or nasty. I especially won't be eating from this location after noticing the employees touching the food with their bare hands. Apparently I'm not the only one who has witnessed this according to some of the other reviews.

I was a regular Wendy’s customer due to time convenience and great staff. I could always count on arriving and being taken care of with my order. That is until today… I was met with a sign that said that all orders had to be made through door dash. I waited 10 min at drive through and proceeded with two cars ahead of me which the first took about 15 min while the second another 15 Min to receive their order AFTER showing their door dash order. When my turn I asked if I could PLEASE make an order even if I had to wait. I was told NO only door dash orders. I base many of my opinions on experience and customer reviews. Idk what new changes or policies are being made to cause this but I do know that for years I have never had to worry about not being able to make an order omw home before 3am… Am I not a loyal enough client to be able to make an order sometime before or after DoorDash? I no longer feel appreciated and will take my business elsewhere…I ordered a $38 meal for one from Dennys instead.
