They never make mistakes or forget anything, even small items like napkins and sauces. Despite being busy during lunch hours, the service moves quickly with 2 lanes open. From start to finish, my experience is usually less than 7-10 minutes.
The service at Chick-fil-A is already exceptional, but our experience was truly outstanding. Our cashier, Cary, went above and beyond to make our visit personal, humorous, and welcoming. Instead of just the usual customer service greetings, Cary took the time to have a genuine conversation with us and connect on a deeper level. Thank you, Cary!
I waited for an hour on the side of the board for parking. Sure to say I will never try to lift the side again. would rather wait 30 minutes in the drive what I have just experienced. ridiculous!
I love the menu, eating and customer service. but the support of the sins in the community and in their Christian primers I should ask.
I was told that my gift card worked and I owe only one dollar, but the next one I owed 20. I was also charged for an additional sandwich. but do not try to call and complain because they send them to voicemail.
