Chipotle Mexican Grill - Greensburg

Excellent all in all. I only give 5 dates to the highest level of food cooked and presented to perfection in an atmosphere that is of equal calibur. So for a fast food joint. I'd say you can't get much better!

This is the only chipotle we ever go to and it was always good. It went downhill, and I understand that places can be short employees, but we went twice this week and they had no protein beside chicken both times. Tonight we went for the second time and no steak again so my friend got chicken and the worker offered me the steak from the online order page. Then there were no guacamole, so they told me no what is good, but then they offered the lady behind me guacamole, as I paid from the online order page, as I was there? we were taken out and after fasting eat my whole bowl I find a sticker still on my fresh salsa tomatoes and what I could understand? ve was also a mistake, but to see how the place ran the last two times we were there in a week, it is restless as they seem sloppy and haste. There were also only 3-4 workers there both went there and management must ensure that they have more help especially on a Saturday evening with dinner rush. Finally, I tried to chat with someone in the app and because the cashier gave us no receipt. can't help me?

Before you rate this place 1 star or criticize the employees because your food was not ready for pick up, remember it is not the employees fault that they get hammered with a bunch of orders at once. Your order does not magically get made in a instant, theres under paid employees trying there best to get all the orders out. Cheer them up next time your order is delayed instead of giving them a nasty comment, they are trying there best.

This location is ok. I've been here twice. First time was good. Second time, not so much. I ordered online, picked up my order, went home and opened it to find there was missing ingredients. Nobody answered the phone so I drove there to get it corrected only to be told they were out of the ingredient. I don't know why they would proceed to make the said item and not notate that the items were missing instead of giving me a call asking of I'd still like it. They really dropped the ball on that one. Total waste of time and gas.

My food was made to order perfectly. It was good. This location had alot of outdoor seating.The cleanliness of the women's bathroom was just okay, kind of gross. The inside tables also needed to be wiped off. They were pretty busy.
