Starbucks - Greensboro

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came to die last afternoon. “Marion” was my barista and when my food was ready, she threw my bag over the counter and went away! I ordered first, but the couple that ordered after me received their food before I did, received customer service with a smile. I'm going to go elsewhere from now on. very disappointed by the service I received. I will not come back here.

Definitely my go to location when I am on Battleground. Such a friendly staff. Sometimes it is disappointing when they’re out of either chai or dragon fruit. As a daughter of a general manager, you should be able to predict your truck order based on sales from previous weeks. Just to prevent “being out” of certain ingredients. It’s a win win for both the customer and management.

I must say this location always makes an amazing pumpkin spice latte. Every other Starbucks in the area you can’t even taste the pumpkin even though I ask for extra. Here, always amazing!

I came in this morning a bit disheveled. I ordered the wrong drink on my app. The kindest barista I have ever encountered, autumn, noticed I looked confused and came over with a smile. I was uncaffinated and kind of fumbling with what to do, if I should reorder on my app or just order from the front counter, she offered to make me whatever drink it was that I needed while I figured out which route to take for officially ordering— she smiles and had the warmest demeanor. It was so simple but such a day-changing moment for me. It’s more often these days that we’re all treated as irritants by one another and Autumn broke that cycle this morning. I am so grateful for the simple kindness she showed me.

Arrived early afternoon. Crowded due to hurricane Ian area power outages. Line to get served. Servers and customers polite. Seating available but limited. Many customers recharging devices and working on PCs.
