New Orleans Bar and Grill - Greensboro

My daughter brought me here for my birthday. I like seafood, but it's usually not my first choice for any occasion. But I let my child take me and WOOOW as you can see from the photos, this place is beautiful!!! I was everywhere I took photos. I didn't want this place to ever come by when you go through or live in Greensboro. The server was very nice. She helped me explain the menu and recommendations and had a very pleasant attitude. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and it was from this world. And the beautiful sunglass as a surprise. Don't miss this restaurant!! You'll love it!

On the first look the place does not look like something special, but wait until they try to eat it! eating was amazingly fresh, really spiced and served in huge portions. also they do not jump out like most places when regarding crab meat, my pasta was loaded! it was my first time here, but I'm going to come back!

This is a decent restaurant for a date. the atmosphere is ripe and relaxed. there is a bar for individuals who enjoy a drink or two. the darkened salmon is pretty good and the house has made koleslaw. but the bajo garnelen (bang em up) style is definitiw one must!

Service was the main reason for the one star review. Although I did order the Crawfish and Shrimp boil, fantastic flavor for the shrimp which I was able to eat but the Crawfish were overcooked and most were inedible. I was highly dissatisfied with the price for what I was actually capable of eating. My boyfriend ordered a sirloin steak and crab legs, steak was extremely over cooked with no flavor and the crab legs were the best thing about his meal. The sides that should have accompanied my meal were never delivered to the table and the macaroni and cheese that my boyfriend ordered had no flavor whatsoever. The one item I enjoyed was the Rockefeller oyster appetizer, very delicious and well presented. I mentioned the service, the hostess who seated us was completely disinterested in any type of conversation engagement and didn't seem to want to be there, the same goes for our waiter. I didn't even bother complaining to the staff, I could tell they didn't care. Pictures attached, food looks appetizing but was a major disappointment.
