Kfc - Greensboro

Oh yes this was good to pick up lunch for after church on Sunday or any day is a good day to have some of the best chicken any way you like it. The only thing is I miss that delicious Chocolate chip cookie. They don't put that in your box any more .it sure was a good treat I am hoping some day it will come back that's what we came for mostly that delicious cookie .they have cakes too but they to big for seniors because I am a senior

The customer service I received while ordering a take out order was very pleasant. However, I was disappointed to find what appeared to be an insect in my serving of mashed potatoes. Thankfully, I thoroughly checked my food and did not eat this serving of mashed potatoes. I would advise the management team and team members to thoroughly inspect the food being served. It is not uncommon for insects and bugs to fly inside of buildings; especially in the summer. However, I could have easily eaten this insect in my food had I not checked it.

Ordered 2, 3 piece meals and 2 teas at the drive thru a little after nine. The close at 10:30, so why couldn't they get it right.Did not look until we got it home. The supposedly tea looks like cups of water. The chicken was not tasty at all. It looked like they dumped it in flour and dropped it in grease. It had no seasoning at all. Could not eat it. I was once again trying to give them a chance to get it right. Disappointed once again. They always say this is all we have instead of giving us what we ordered. They need to close if that is the best they can do. Oh! I forgot the attitude of the employees is very nasty and they are rude.

Food always good, I apparently donated money to the KFC foundation without being asked, just showed up on receipt, not a good practice. Did not see until I left restraunt.Food: 5/5

It's okay to me food is not as great when I was younger? But for the younger people it's goodFood: 3/5
