Dunkin' - Greensboro

I think almost every morning is a coffee and sometimes donuts for my employees. always perfect! the personal is always friendly and prompt. the new manager there has actually made a difference. she not only works hard, but welcomes her to smile with such a pleasant sunshine. when they see a long line, not by! they move it fast. thanks to you all that you have helped to start my day with a smile.

I've been to this location several times when I stay at the hotels nearby and its usually not bad, but when I went in last weekend it was SO dirty inside! I mean everything in the dining room was absolutely filthy, visible dirt on most surfaces and the floor was nasty. It didnt give me confidence that the kitchen area was much better. However I will say our service was fast, and the staff were kind and helpful.

We went to Dunkin' donuts on East Chester after is East Chester after church. They had no glazed donuts nor did they have fruit donuts or lemon filled donuts. It's ridiculous that after church they do not have a variety of donuts to choose from. If they sell that many early in the morning then they need to be having more being prepared immediately so that there are plenty for the people who go after church. So we ended up with just one cup of coffee. I will not be returning to this location. I'm very disappointed in this location. I live nearby, but then had to drive more than six miles out of my way.

I always have to wait in line which isn't a bad thing. But when you never good quality food that's when it becomes a problem. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with butter. My bagel was stale and it was drowning in butter. And this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience there. Only wants when I got an iced coffee was it okay.
