Chili's Grill - Greensboro

Absolutely the worst server I've ever had. hasn't greeted us, just walked on the table and looked there on my family. She sat there for 15 minutes before she arrived. 3 of the 4 of us food stolen, but not us silverware. finally got fork without knife to eat the badly cooked steak (made good). I haven't eaten for 10 minutes and it was cold when I did. we also left high and dry on drinks....very terrible. and I love chili in the past. this server ruined our night.

The food was very delicious. I have to make order. I didn't have to wait to place my order. the staff were very friendly and kept me informed about the status of my order. kudos zum entire team? Food: 5/5

That was great. but we came to an empty restaurant and was told it would be a 45-minute wait. we waited for an hour to place and come another 45 minutes for a server. the manager brought us free chips and salsa, but they really need to set help. no reason that there should be an empty restaurant and it takes almost two hours to nourish 8 adults. I don't owe him there, because they can only work with what they have.

Highly recommended! classic sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. and the salmon with rice was delicious? I'll visit again.

I 've been to this location on quite a few occasions. However, I was just by myself looking for a quick bite to eat. They were not busy and I was seated immediately. I did not see the waitress for quite a while. She brought out my drink, but I waited even more for her to take my order. By this time, I had already been there for over 30 min. I inquired about the 3 for $10.99 deal and I was told I could substitute a different side for the chicken fajitas. I finally got my food and I did enjoy it. When it came time to pay on the tablet, I noticed that I was charged extra for the side. It took me a few minutes to get the waitress and she took it off the ticket for me.I left these same comments on the survey when I paid, but did not hear back from any management. It 's the lack of customer service I experienced that would keep me from returning to this location.Parking: Plenty of spots around the building
