Bidra med feedbackDouble drive-thru only...no dining in!! Consider posting this on the large sign at the road instead of a printed out 8.5x11 paper on the door. I parked to go in to order then saw the sign as I walked in to order. Had to go back to the car and pull back around as the parking is past the drive-thru. As I sat in the drive-thru I saw 3-4 others park and tried to go in. Just give a better heads up it's only drive-thru. Otherwise, fast dive-thru, friendly staff, and food was delicious as usual.
I grew up coming to this location and it has always been great. I’ve always loved the older ladies that work here, they’re so sweet and so kind. The food is always good and it’s a simple and easy breakfast.
I have eaten here on several occasions since the opening and I have to say this is the first time my food was not very good! Start with service! It is always very good as they have two lines for the drive through and most times have people outside as well to take your order and pay if you are using a credit card or debit card and this allows them to take more orders ahead of time and expedites the line and in an orderly manner so as not to get the order mixed up they get your name and before handing you your food verify the name. I think the food was excellent when they first opened but has suffered as of late! It seems that they are more concerned about getting the food out fast and efficiently than they are about whether it is cooked properly and more importantly fresh! I think everyone is willing to wait a little longer for fresh food! This last time I got pancakes and I told the kids they tasted like shoe leather and certainly weren’t fresh! They agreed that the food has suffered some as of late and they need to do better! Not cheap to eat there!
Marquis took a very long order from me in the drive through. After a morning of hectic errands, getting my family’s biscuitville order, (which I thought would be the worst part of my morning) became the easiest, and I have marquis and the biscuitville team to thank for that. I was only in line for 10 min or so
As I was in town for the weekend, it was my personal mission to try places that I don’t have in my home area. I came across Biscuitville in passing and the name and super cute exterior design made me stop and give it a try. Upon pulling in I was excited to see the dual Drive-Thru as that always allows for a swifter process. Pulling up I was greeted by Alexis with a huge smile and warm “Welcome to Biscuitville!” I told her it was my first time and she became just as excited as I was. As I was a ways back from the main menu, Alexis provided me with a paper menu to review. Talk about good customer service! 5 Stars for Alexis! Taking a moment to review the menu I decided on the Spicy Chicken Honey Biscuit Combo with Grits and Sweet Tea!!! Oh yes!!! I was ready for this experience.. Getting to the pickup window was super quick even though both lines were loaded with cars. The process they have in place is spot on and allows for a true in and out flow. The Food: The Biscuit was buttery and GOOD. Crunchy around the edges and soft in the middle. The Chicken was well seasoned. Crunchy on the outside while remaining moist and meaty on the inside. The spice level was about a 2.5 out of 5 which is perfect for a breakfast sandwich. The Grits… they taste like grits. The Sweet Tea was a great pairing to the honey biscuit as it kept the southern charm theme. LoL! As far as flavor, the sweet tea tastes like Southern Sophistication and Everyday Charm. Not too sweet but just sweet enough. I am pleased with my experience at Biscuitville and will def come back anytime I’m near one.
