Arby's - Greensboro

Tried the new Wagyu-Rindburger. I would give him a 7 out of 10, but my wife gave him 10 out of 10. it tasted good, but I found the soaked and the cheese transferred to the taste of the bark patty.

Bought a chicken pecan premium salad sandwich. Was not impress. Too dry and too many of everything chicken nuts, and grapes). Need more mayonnaise. Please also cut the sandwich in two. You are wasting the ingredients in one sandwich. The grapes could cut smaller also. Very disappointed. Wish I could put a pic to the review.

It's rare now to leave a fast food place smiling but I did. The young man at the drive through was smiling, polite, and our order was exactly right. He even told me which drink was diet. How refreshing!!

Wait times are high because they are short staffed but they are always friendly and most importantly get my order right. I hate to say it's rare for fast food places to get your order right but it is and thankfully I've never had a problem with this location. Whoever the drive through guy was on 5/2 (seemed like the manager) was super friendly.

We’re bragging on you all in the NextDoor group. I know I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience when I come through the drive thru. Either I come by at just the right time each time or that’s just normal for your crew.I believe it’s just normal for your crew. Really appreciate the genuine kindness and professional service I receive and I’m not the only one.Just thought you all should know.
