Met a friend for lunch. He suggested the SpecialTea House based on his wife’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! Food and tea service were excellent with a beautiful presentation. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive and was helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend and cannot wait to return!

Such a lovely place to spend a morning on Greenport. Our group of friends did the afternoon tea which came with your own pot of tea (huge selection! , homemade biscuits, finger sandwiches and a few little desserts. Staff was lovely and accommodating and the garden is an absolute dream. Will be back!
My friend and I spent a afternoon east, which is completed with afternoon tea in specialtea house. the caffe is so sweet and we loved all unmatched drinks. the small sandwiches and scones were so delicious and the chocolate pot de cream was the icing on the cake. we planned our next visit before we left the table.
