I have seen the little building where they operate out of for some time but it was only recently that I checked out their website to discover that they are a BBQ place. Armed with information, I headed there to get some lunch. The venue is very small, food truck size, but not a food truck. There is no seating so this is takeaway only. There is a small menu with a number of BBQ meat options eg. chicken wings, pulled pork, pulled lamb and beef brisket. Full menu on their website. I chose the meat box as it had the wings, pulled pork and brisket, along with corn bread, coleslaw and chips. I wished I found this place earlier. The wings were tender and had a strong (but not over bearing) smoky flavour. The pulled pork was divine. Well seasoned and slow cooked. The beef brisket was well cooked and seasoned but on the dry side. The corn bread was served with honey butter. The coleslaw had apple in it quite refreshing. There was more than enough food for two adults (we are not big eaters).
