Mcdonald's - Greenfield

THEY OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! We went to the drive-thru, at 11:41am, although they did NOT give us a receipt, the best I got was the sticker on the outside of the special cheeseburger wrapper, upon me trying to call THE LINES BEEN BUSY, FOR THE LAST HALF HOUR, AS IF IT'S OFF THE HOOK! They gave me a diet Coke instead of a regular Coke, they had our food in the bag with the fries upside down! They're cold spilled all in the bottom of the bag...HORRIBLE, YOU PEOPLE NEED SOME RE-TRAINING

Stoped in for just soda so I wasn't going to use the kiosk and my arm card for a one dollar purchase. Attempted to get the attached of the kid at the counter but he was too busy with is phone to acknowledge me. I walked out.

How dumb do you have to be to work at McDonald's and make the food wrong?

Last time I was there.I got a chocolate shake that was vanilla with one stripe of chocolate and I actually left it at the restaurant, without a refund.This time I got a chocolate shake that is mostly strawberry and I questioned the person who handed it to me and got no answer so I just took it because there was a line. It's unfortunate that the service at this restaurant has gone downhill.There may be 1 or 2 employees that genuinely care, the rest just shove half-heartedly made food in your hands and don't say anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Late night customer service is terrible!
