Bidra med feedbackBeen eating at this location for over 25 years. I have had some amazing pies from here, with very few poor experiences. I really love their deep dish, and their staff is always friendly!
Should have known from the time we placed order, they said deep dish would be ready to pick up in 15 minutes! Crust was badly burnt, when we took it back, the girl told us it was always like that. Offered to remake or order something different. Switched to regular crust, (was supposed to get credit for price difference-didn’t happen). New pizza looked more appealing, but definitely will not be going back
Stopped in for a family lunch. The restaurant was pretty clean. It took a while to be seated even though the place wasn't busy. There appeared to be some confusion about who was suppose to seat us. Once we were seated, the waitress was attentive. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly and were very good. Our two pizzas also came out quickly and were also very tasty. I won't drive to Greenfield just to go to this Chicago's, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I were already in town!
I’m one of the few people happy to see the buffet gone. With cost up and the lingering memory of COVID, buffets just don’t work in 2023 for the restaurant. The bar was fun- I’m not a drinker but the variety was very good. SERVERS ARE BACK!! *open the heavens and shout hallelujah* I have never been personally so happy to see the “Please wait to be seated” sign. Emily was fantastic. The whole experience was great. We will be back. Thank you! PS best ranch dressing in the world. If I could bathe in it I wouldn’t because that would be wrong and creepy but you get my point
First time visiting. Staff was friendly, place was clean and service was spot on. Drinks were all ways kept filled. We ordered a two topping deep dish bread sticks and hot wings. Pizza is probably the best in greenfield, bread sticks were hot soft and tasty. The hot wings had a good flavor but looked and had a texture like they were baked instead of being fried and tossed in sauce. That would be my only complaint regarding the trip and one I have with just about every place I visit that servers wings in the Midwest. Got to fry those bad boys or at least double bake them to get a somewhat crispy skin, then toss them in sauce. All and all my family will return for family pizza night except for me I don’t like pizza
