Little Box Brookwater - Greenbank

Tried this place multiple times through Ubereats. Has always been borderline 'meh ' but my last order all arrived with no sauce and burnt noodles. I ordered chicken dim sims and fried rice. When taking the dim sims out of the storage container he smelled them before putting them in the deep frier. Why? Alarm bells! The dim sims were so over cooked they were inedible, but my dog loved them. Watching them prepare other orders food was spilt on the counter and he used his ungloved hands to pick up spillage and put back into the storage containers. Not once did I see him wash his hands as he was going from handling cash to preparing meals to wiping the sweat from his forehead. Lost this customer for sure ! Disgusting attitude, I asked if I could pay in card and the rest with cash. The guy stopped and stared, then laughed at my face. Then asking are u serious implying that I 'm poor. Honestly can 't forget the way the guy looked at me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered the firecracker chicken fried rice and paid $4.50 for extra fried chicken. They put 2 small pieces of chicken in for the $4.50. I called to complain and the response was: yes it’s very expensive. Rice is lukewarm. Poor service and poor food. Photo was for $18.45 chicken and fried rice. Chicken pieces the size of a 20c piece.
