Mcdonald's - Greenacres

Monday morning, pour rain, she lost power and everything was still perfect, and especially the manager was friendly and happy. I was impressed that the staff was so friendly despite a frustrating situation that can be attributed to the manager who obviously represents a great example of the staff.

Went to this location a few minutes ago ask for two happy meals mention they are for boys and would like any other marvel toy except for a specific toy. They gave me minion toys when my kids were expecting marvel. Also they asked me what sauce I wanted for my nuggets and i told them, but did not receive any sauce. They need to tighten up I feel like they were trying me.

Exceptional and flavorful food, I liked the character this spot has, and the cashiers were very welcoming. Will definitely come back.

Went through drivethru, ordered one cheeseburger ketchup only, one double cheeseburger, large fry and 6piece nugget with BBQ. Paid, didn't get a receipt, was told to wait in the parking lot as they were busy. Order came out and it was wrong. They gave 6 cheeseburgers instead of the nuggets, and a medium fry. Told them it was wrong, they apologized and went back in to fix it. Came back and it was still wrong, no double cheeseburger. Explained again the order. Last time it was the manager who came out to give the order, completely silent and didn't bother to wait to ensure we had the correct order this time...got home, fries are ice cold, and the burger that was supposed to be only ketchup was a regular burger. I understand things are crazy right now, but come on.

This McDonald's is by far the best in my area. The location on Lake Worth road has awful service. This location has far superior service. The food is always fresh, the staff is mostly nice, and they are quick to serve. I RECOMMEND this location!
