What a sweet place! Everyone here is so nice. This place is inexpensive and has solid food. It's quiet and clean. Really enjoyed my time here. Tracy is a fantastic server. Very attentive.

WOW.... This place is a GEM. Food is fresh everytime and so good! Deff one of the best breakfast places in all of west palm/lakeworth.

The minute you walk through the door someone greets you. Then the waitress Pat was so kind and efficient. And the food was very good. Will definitely go again.

I’ve been ordering from this place for months. I legit can’t get over how every time I order from here it’s better then the last. The portions are perfect, everything comes hot and fresh. The food is soooo good and tastyyy. Don’t get me started on the coffee. Then to top it all off they have the best prices I’ve ever seen for the quality of food they serve. If you want the best breakfast around straight up go to Jan’s. You will not regret it! TY JAN AND STAFF!!!

A charming, no-frills place with a friendly atmosphere. The pancakes were a bit gummy, but the cookies were absolutely fantastic!
