The owner made me a speciality taco sub and oh my got it was so amazing thanks

Thanks to the owner for reaching back and trying to resolve the issue, I?m not asking for anything other than bringing the issue to his attention to help them better their pizzas. Pictures speak more than words. A Two topping pizza for $12 and a ?specialty? one for 14. You can see several spots are miss cheese

First off, I absolutely love Hungry Howie subs! I recently moved to the area and was happy to have one in the vicinity. The first time I ordered from this restaurant, the sub was delicious! However, the last 2 times I've ordered, the subs have been burnt on the top to the point of having black spots all over and there being a very unpleasant bitter taste (I took pictures tonight but don't see a way to post them with this review). I also always ask for extra sub sauce that I rarely get (not a deal breaker). And this last order from tonight didn't have a pepperochini, which I always enjoy. I will order from this store again because I don't think it's a lost cause, but it would be great to get a sub that I can completely enjoy again so I can update this review to 5 stars.

I order a pizza at 4:42 I called at 530 about the pizza they told me they were busy, I called 6 again and the lady told me the person was on his way. I?m 4 minutes away from the place. I left my house at 615 and still no pizza I went to the place and it was empty, only 2 employees, I told them I want my money back and I will come back to talk to the manager. I?m going to mention thin incidents on all social media and Google reviews. I feel that the 2 women working in there did not care the place was empty? I will never come back or recommend anyone. Forest Hill and Jog location

20 yr customer at this location. Wish U were open later. 8 PM on a Monday? Come on! 4/29/19 Once again, on 12/29/2020 I had one of the Best yet so far from this location Philly sub. OmG the bread was fluffy and fresh fresh, As a Chef damn this sub was BANGING!! Thank you Hannah, John, and Sam. I will be back.
