Bidra med feedbackUsually have good experiences at this location. Today, that was not the case. Mobile order for two drinks at 10:10. Showed up at 10:23 and they were finishing one of the two drinks. Didn't get my second drink until 10:29, but watched as other mobile orders were completed in between my two drinks. My two drinks were made by two different baristas. The first drink was not sweet at all- have ordered it many times and it did not taste right. The second drink was decaf and had so much ice it was difficult to drink. Also, due to the amount of ice, they didn't add as much water as usual for the decaf, making the drink much stronger than usual, and did not get as much cold foam- I've ordered this same drink dozens of times and have never had ice sitting in my cold foam! Ive also never received it being completely unmixed like this. The cup was so messy that rather than cleaning it, they just stuck it in a second cup, making it impossible to drink until I got home- luckily that's where I was going, but I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it if I was driving somewhere. As I said, overall, I get really good service and drinks here, and have frequented this location quite a bit since it opened (hence the four star rating), but today was a very hard miss- possibly prepared by new baristas?
Got an order today for 12 drinks and it was very disappoint they forgot one drink and the refreshers had no flavor.
The only location I've gone to that gets the drink I order correct and taste good every time.
Showed up in the drive thru 5 minutes before they closed. She wouldn’t take my order. Said they closed early. If you have hours, you should keep them. It was very disappointing for my granddaughter not to get her drink after wrestling I asked to speak to the manager and the woman said she was the manager I don’t think so.
Really friendly staff, got my drink quickly, literally the best Starbucks I've been to <3
