Olde Village Bakery - GREEN GABLES

The baked good was very average. the sales were good, but the chocolate cookies were not so much. they have tortured themselves like supermarket cookies.

We tried the pork and bark cakes that were huge and full of crushed meat and super filling. we also bought the brownies, zimtbälle, white cake, and the very, very, best, from all. the buttercake. Oh, my, the baked buttercake. in the mouth melted and the filling was perfect as it was not excessively sweet. it was right. if you have a sweet tooth, that's the place for you.

The target was the local blueberry cake. it was freshly baked, but preserve blueberries, not fresh berries. the species with more blue filling than berries. Blueberry scenes were good.

When you walk through the door, you are instantly greeted by the enticing scent of freshly baked goods. I dare anyone to resist the temptation to purchase something. We decided to try the simple, traditional donuts covered in sugar, and they instantly reminded me of my childhood. We also couldn't resist buying a loaf of warm bread. The only downside is that they only accept cash or debit payments.

We make sure this is on our list for our yearly PEI vacation! Everything is amazing! We got lemon bars, brownies, cookies, pie and doughnuts and they were gone quickly by everyone. I would recommend this place over over!
