Bidra med feedbackOverall, experience wasn’t the worst I’ve had at a “fast food” facility before. I ordered on the app ahead of time for pick-up. The line went quickly and we were in and out in a flash. However, I will say that I was disappointed when I pulled my “chocolate croissant” out of the bag only to find a cheese danish. As well as the fact that both of the drinks I ordered were incorrect.
This is my usual Starbucks, I go everyday. Love the staff always so friendly. Antonia, love her!!! She and I get the same drink and she always makes my lattes beyond perfection!! Thank you all for the hard work everyday
I came in for a drink today, normally at my local starbucks's it’s such a great environment they smile and they’re quick to attend although a wait time is okay because they typically are busy however at this location they were unfriendly, they had me waiting for about 4/5 minutes with not a single ill be with you in a moment or a smile. the person that actually helped me finally was kind, however overall this was not a good experience. in addition it took them 10 minutes to prepare it. the girl with the beanie on was extremely rude. my order was a wall in. the experience was so bad i had to review.
Had a bad experience yesterday. I mentioned it to Emily and she took care of it right away. She has Great management skills.Thank you
Is this even a Starbucks? Ordered a grande black English breakfast tea, they rung it up as such, received a tea latte. This is an order I make probably 4-5 times a week. Told them the drink wasn't right, all I wanted was 2 tea bags in a grande cup. She told me they can't make plain hot tea. Huuuuuuhhh? If you can't do that, I'm not even sure you rate as a Starbucks.
