Mcdonald's - Green Bay

Ordered 2 mocha frappes no pfeffer cream. They had caramel in them and chocolate gum on the ground. They were terrible. And they were very little ice, it was like chocolate caramel water. My husband said the same thing. Yuk!

Drive thru a fast, Fries were fresh, but soda tasted more like Co2 than the flavor.

McDonald's is effective and efficient. They serve quality fast food better than their peers. What's in the food is available online as well as the nutrition facts. For the most part it is tasty. The service is what you would expect from a fast food operation. I have experienced no surprises. Their service is quick and I get what I asked for. That's fast food and McDonald's is the best at it. Individual McDonald's may vary but the one in Marinette is always good and service is fast.

Nothing worse when people cannot read the screen. My child not eat because the sandwich had way too much ketchup,onion,pickles on it, and it was actually supposed to say only lite ketchup.

We ordered sandwiches and drove to pay window. A heavy set man opened the window. Hedidnt greet us, his glare was intimidating. We felt uncomfortable. We paid. The male worker stared directly at my daughter. Shewas was truly INTIMIDATED. The employee didnt engage in thanking us or saying anything kind. It was a scary feeling!! We movedto the pick up window. My daughter asked the female employee to speak to the MGR. My daughter tried to explain what justoccurred. The employee stated, Oh thats just how he is, hes just like that. My daughter insisted that she needed to talk to theMgr. The Mgr. came to the pick up window. She visibly had a WALL built up. My daughter reported what occurred. She too madeexcuses for the MALE. She spoke word for word what the young female stated and added, WE RESPECT THAT HES JUST THAT WAY. I toldher, thats NOT good customer service or professional. The female manager began to ARGUE with my daughter. I informed the Manager(NO NAME TAG ON) that the male employee should be retrained or assigned a different position w/in the restaurant. The Mgr. neveroffered an apology nor did she state that she would work w/the male employee. After she inappropriately argued w/my daughter?Icalled her a b*
