Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is typical of fast food, so it meets expectations in that regard. I would rate it a 5/5 for the food alone. However, the service could definitely use some improvement. The staff was slow and seemed indifferent, giving off the impression that they were in no rush to serve customers quickly. Overall, the lack of enthusiasm and efficiency made the dining experience feel like a 20-minute ordeal.
I was at the W Mason site. There was no service. I wanted to eat in the dining room. No one was before me to take my order. All the staff spoke back. A person saw me. No one else came to take my order. I was the only customer. There was no one in the car thru. I left
Three stars is for sentimental reasons. In the 70's Arby's was pretty hard to find in the Midwest but Green Bay was fortunate enough to be awarded a franchise. We used to drive up from Appleton and tailgate in the parking lot with a case of $3.00 beer and 10 or 15 beef sandwiches and we thought we were in heaven. Not sure if it was the beer or the beef but who cares ? ? Meanwhile back in 2022 the service was extremely slooooow...I didn't time it but there seemed to be a dozen cars behind me waiting to put on the Arby's feedbag.. I hope they didn't have somewhere they had to go. The Brisket thing sandwich was pretty good for a fast food place. The meat was guite good but there was a plethora of white and red sauce that the staff evidently wanted to get rid of before closing... there was enough for 3 or 4 sandwiches
For me, storytelling is all about how we learn about each other. I'm so curious about people, what makes them tick, why they are who they are, and how we all relate to each other, despite the fact that we may not think that we do!
I went to Arbys at 11:15 and was asked how did you come in? I said the door I went through rudely shortly after. Apparently they were short-circuited and closing the lobby. This shortage of personnel could be completely eliminated by customers who go elsewhere.
