Ziggi's Coffee - Greeley

Placed an online order so we wouldn't hold up the line because we were still deciding what we wanted. Got in line and told them we had an online order. Pulled up to the window and no one acknowledged us. Finally after 15 minutes she was like oh did you guys have the mobile order? It was ready and waiting the whole time. Then they forgot one of the drinks and asked us to park so the line could keep moving. We parked and then I walked up because I knew they would forget about us again. Sure enough, the drink was sitting on the counter. And they never even apologized.

For a coffee place it should be pretty easy to enjoy, however I personally did not like the coffee. Not even a little bit.

I only go to this ziggys in greeley when I have to and that's because they suck. Every time I go they get my order wrong. Like today I went and ordered the same drink I get everyday, every single time and when I told her it wasn't right she (braided pigtails) looked and me and said it is right and wouldn't help me out. So I gave my drinks back that I paid 12 dollars for and left. She wasn't willing to listen and I'm out money. Dont go to this locations, it sucks and the workers don't care.
