South Philly Cheese Steaks - Greeley

Use to go there all the time. Last three times nothing but problems. Wrong food poor service and last nite the cook had no mask or gloves on. We will not be back!

Paid almost $30 and got nothing that I paid for. The sandwich I got was complete mush and tasteless. The loaded fries didn't have any steak on it. The fries were overcooked. Would not recommend.

Stood at the restaurant for about an hour waiting for an order with a group of people. They brought a bunch of food out that nobody ordered and we all stood there looking at them.

Have eaten there about 3 times now. My husband hates eating out but can't wait until we order their sandwiches. It's our new favorite place. Highly recommend.

We came in for the free burritos today. Obviously this would create a hectic window of orders. But this was a clear demonstration of terrible management. Not only was the manager freaking out in front of customers, she decided to leave the only other employee on his own to handle the fire alone. Some people should not be in a leadership role. The employee deserves all the praise for taking it like a champ and still doing his job. Might want to seek out a real leader to replace this current one. We demonstrate true leadership in the restaurant industry during the storms, not the calm.
