Cattlemen's Steak House Saloon

Placed take out order . Should have checked it before we left because did not receive what was ordered. Ordered mashed potatoes but got baked. Ordered chopped steak w/w onions/mushrooms but came with both . Simple order Very disappointing

Absolutely fantastic food with a fantastic waitress. Old fashioned steak house. Love it.

Order their famous steak sandwich. Sirloin was cold dry..no toasted roll (that they say comes with) ..only a really tin piece of dry bread underneath steak. Sweet potato fries were over done cold. Waitress we had did a good job after one of her tables left cause cook was too slow. I'm thinking I got one of their orders since mine was cold dry..probably sitting for a while.

Worst experience I’ve ever had and on my anniversary they took 1 hour to take our order after we were brought waters. Asked for a refund and they blamed it on me for ‘leaving early’ I didn’t even get to eat! They packed it to go and forgot all our sides. Asked to speak to manager they put me on with the waitress. Asked to speak to owner they hung up after 30 seconds.

If there was an option of negative stars, I ould have used it. The WORST quality food ever. The salad bar was high school cafeteria quality, sliced white bread was offered and the beef was inedible- Tasteless and tough. The manager actually justified the poor quality by suggesting I should have ordered high quality steak and that the cheaper kabobs (still $20) are supposed to be tough. They insisted we pay for salad bar even though we had the tinest appetizer of iceberg and ranch and after one bite of steak and nothing more from the plate before calling him over. The most horrible experience ever.
