I would say 1 out of all ~5 orders they get really 100%. the rest they always forget. very annoying that his next move. always move forward after I get my order and either call them to bring it out (kovid) or. go inside and show them that they forget something again! the employees are very nice that the worst part. they just don't check or I guess
Don't bother coming here, the restaurant is always dirty inside and the drive-thru messes up orders frequently, usually leaving something out.
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I went to place an order for myself and my coworkers, but needed to make a modification. The girl taking my order was new and asked for help to input my request. Unfortunately, the next girl also didn't know how to enter it, so they called for the manager, Danny. Danny was extremely rude and refused to allow the modification to the food, even though I explained what I needed and mentioned my experience working at McDonalds. He repeatedly interrupted me and did not listen to my concerns about his customer service. When I asked for his store manager's information and the franchise owner's contact details, he only provided minimal information and intentionally misled me about the store manager's last name. I will be reaching out to the store manager and the franchise owners to address the inappropriate behavior of this manager.
