Castle Carvery - Great Yarmouth

This place was lovely staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you lovely food one of the best carvery’s i’ve had only thing that let it down was roasties perfect place to go clean and tidy, polite staff and delicious food

Oh dear, this was awful! Raw potatoes, raw veg, soggy veg. Just terrible. Felt ill afterwards just thinking about it. Will never return.

The breakfast at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Despite the lack of customers, it took over half an hour for the food to arrive at our table. Everything tasted reheated, with overcooked sausages, inedible bacon, dry mushrooms, and tasteless scrambled eggs. The only acceptable part was the hash brown, but let's be honest, it's hard to mess up a frozen hash brown. On top of the bad food, the atmosphere was uncomfortable as the woman behind the bar seemed to be staring and judging us. I wish we had just gone to Tesco and cooked breakfast at the caravan we were staying in. We will not be returning, despite the restaurant being visually appealing.

I recently had the most amazing carvery of my life. The food was delicious and they were very generous with the portions of meat, which was fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food and the service was excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience.
