Wingstop - Great Wood

Food has been disgusting as of late. Don’t know what’s going on, but that along with the outrageous wait times has sent this place downhill!

This place has the worst customer service. I placed a order for delivery. Order got here sealed. We are missing ranch and the chickens nuggets are really dry hell with very little sauce sauce. I've have been calling for 45 minutes and no answer. This is not the first they have messed up my order. Last time they argued with me.

I made an order and they sent my food with door dash driver. the driver tells me they had an accident and I hav e to call Wingstop to get my food. I have been calling them since 6:43pm and it's now 8:20pm and Wingstop have yet to answer the phone. I am extremely irritated.

Forgot my fries so I had to drive all the way back. I asked if I could get a brownie or cookie as a kind gesture for having to drive back. Was told by lady in the front at least I got my fries and I’m supposed to check my order before I leave. Go to the other Wingstop in humble this place will disappoint. Also they have no heat and it’s 50 degrees it’s freezing in there

This Wingstop is way better than the one 1 mile up the road by a mile
