Pizza Inn - Great Wood

Before tonigjt,I would give this place 4 stars Easy,, but apparently the dinner crew is nowhere as gods as the day shift. When we got there we found the pizza looking like it was the leftovers from the lunch crowd,, and when you ate it,, it was cold enough to back up any thought that it truly had been left out ALL DAY. C’ mon,,, yall are soo much better than this. But after we got our old, cold pizza,, we had to wait just over 5 minutes waiting for drinks and silverware. We just looked at each other, so when I walked up to the guy playing on the POS to tell him what we needed,, he interrupted me and told me very bluntly he would be with us shortly. Night crew needs lessons from the day shift,, they’re terrible. We won’t be back for dinner. Lunch shift rocks but this place is a joke when that crew leaves.

Used the SLICE app to order from Pizza Inn. The order arrived 20 minutes after the quoted time, cold and wrong. When I texted with SLICE to get the correct item sent to my house I was told what I received was correct. I then provided a photo of what was received. SLICE issued a refund without apologizing for calling me a liar. Nope, never again from Pizza Inn or using the SLICE app.

The Pizza was cold. The employee did not understand me. The Pizza wasn't worth the price. I will NEVER get Pizza from this place. I don't recommend this Pizza place at all!

Phone number doesn’t work. Limited pizzas I guess they just bought name.

I called to order a pizza at 6 p.m. and was told they were closed. The internet clearly says 8 p.m.
