Little Caesars Pizza - Great Wood

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, I waited almost 2 hours on a Wednesday IN STORE(after the estimated time, making a total of 2 1/2 hour wait) when the online thing stated an estimated 25-30min wait, the tracker doesn 't work, 3 days later my order is still in the oven .There were about 20 people all waiting for their online order.Their order pick-up oven system, doesn 't work, no ones name ever appeared nor did numbers work.People walked in and placed an order and got their food faster than online orders.When food was finally handed the pizza was already getting warm as if it were sitting to the side somewhere.Just a terrible operation.

This place is horrible!!! Food is not fresh and not hot!!! Not fit for human consumption!!! Please avoid this place at all costs!!! It’s so sad to see this area go down like this!!! This area and the food places used to be top tier!! Not so much!!! I will never order from them again!!

Horrible I decided to order cheese bread, while I was waiting at the doctors office across the street. I tracked my order the whole time it took 15 min for it say READY I immediately went across the street I was the first person in line. After giving the manager my name she brings my order Extremely Brown I couldn’t even tell what the order was. Moral of the story I’m Pissed bcuz someone clearly knew that wasn’t correct before boxing it. But she charged me before I got a chance too look at it. DISRESPECTFUL that was 5 days ago and I’m still having to wait for a refund!! “Treat Ppl How You Want To Be Treated!!”

Very good attention uAnd if there are not many customers, they serve it quickly.

Like always, my pizza was really good. And the staff always friendly.
