Jersey Mike's Subs - Great Wood

Worked here in 2022. 8.50 an hour. General manager would constantly vanish and leave his duties to the crew. Many coworkers quit due to being lead on and lied to about raises and promotions. Worst day was when i heard the GM say he doesn’t believe the special olympics promotion even goes to the disabled athletes. Horrible location. Eat elsewhere

Robert has some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was having a rough day and he went above and beyond to be nice and made Both of my sandwiches perfectly. dude deserves a raise !

They have gluten free bread for the sandwiches which is VERY good. You can go in and feel like a normal person ordering a sandwich.

Really disappointing customer service and clearly always in the weeds and behind on orders.

I can't say enough about Jersey Mike's. This place is AMAZING! It's easily the best sub sandwich place there is. The staff is always friendly and the sandwiches are always awesome. Highly recommended if you want a sub or a cheesesteak. I have not had one bad experience here. And they have a points/reward system!
